When my sister gave me her old guitar at 14, it became more than an instrument. It was my voice.
But finding that voice wasn’t easy. Teachers told me my style was ‘unconventional.’ Mentors urged me to conform. Yet every time I was pushed to fit a mold, I pushed back harder. I wasn’t rebellious...I was certain. Certain that music, for me, wasn’t about rules; it was about raw, unfiltered truth.
That conviction carried me farther than I ever imagined. From small rooms to global stages, my art has taken me places I once only dreamed of! Not because I followed the path laid out for me, but because I trusted the one I carved myself.
